What this is
Spare Some Crypto is a small, independent project: a single page of public wallet addresses for people who have leftover crypto they'd rather give away than let sit unused. It is not a company, exchange, custodian, or registered nonprofit — just one person's wallets, published openly.
Why it exists
Almost everyone who's used crypto for a while ends up with small, forgotten balances — a few cents of ETH after gas fees, some DOGE from an old tip, a sliver of BTC too small to bother moving. Most of it just sits there indefinitely, doing nothing for anyone. This site is a simple, no-friction place to send it if you'd rather it went somewhere than nowhere.
How it's different from a donation platform
There's no account, no processing fee taken by a middleman, and no claim being made about where the funds go afterward beyond being received by the site owner. It's closer to a personal tip jar than a charitable platform — transparent about being exactly that, and nothing more.
What you should know before sending anything
Sending crypto here is voluntary and irreversible, the same as any other crypto transaction. Always verify the coin and network match before sending (see the how-to-send guide), and never share a private key or seed phrase with this site or anyone else — this site will never ask you for one.
